What do I do?

Where can I sleep?

The sofa is covered in food.

I'm emotionally exhausted.

I haven't eaten.

It's 22:00pm here.

Should I go to a hotel?

Your post is very vague. Are you being abused? Are you in danger? If so, than yes, get out and get a hotel room. And yes, get yourself something to eat. Get some food, and rest, and hopefully a clearer head will rule the day tomorrow. Best wishes.

22:00 at night suggests Europe as I am guessing. Breath magazine is a mindfulness-related publication. Streaming your thoughts here might help offload the anxieties and stress so that you can get back to a state which you can call for help.

Again...very vague. If you are in danger, then call the police. If you're having a mental event, then call 911.

Do you drive? Can you leave your house?

No i dont drive.

My boyfriend got frustrated (i could feel it building up since i got home) and he was thereatening to throw stuff or break something. He threw his full plate of dinner onto the carpet, then knocked over some furniture, threw my water bottle etc. He threw some food at me. I was scared.

I dont know if its his fault, were both really stuck and unhsppy snd hes been struggling with issues with our next door neighbour

I feel emotionally bruised and just devastated

I dont know where or how to sleep
I didnt eat any of my dinner

OP, members of this forum cannot help you. I see that you are posting from EU. Please call or go to your local social services agency or women's shelter to seek immediate help: shelter and food. They can help guide you to a professional counselor who can further help you to deal with the problems you are facing.

Best luck to you.
