Holy crap this thread makes me sad to see how many people are stuck in relationships they wish they weren't in. I'm counting my lucky stars I got it right this time around. For those of you who answered "no" in this thread, I hope there is some source of happiness or at least contentment in your lives. I'd hate to be where y'all are.

I would marry her the day after I met her. Why waste time?

Well, lucky enough that life is not just about one relationship between a man and a woman and the world is full of more happiness and fun other than it either.

If you are extremely happy with your spouse as you claimed to the world, that's great... you don't need to be arrogant...really...

I have a LOT of sources of happiness, contentment and fulfilment in my life. These would still be in place for me if I were single.

I'm not being arrogant, I'm being sincere.

I don't know. I have my kids, who are the best part of my life, so that would mean I would have to marry him. But when I fantasize about my life and all the "what if's", everything I wish I could do over would mean I would NOT marry him. I probably wouldn't even meet him.

Then I tell myself that I could actually have ended up with a horrible life (we don't know what we don't know..) and snap myself back to reality.

Probably not, why would I want to go through all that heartbreak or deceit again?

Not because my life is awful or anything like that. Just because I had the chance to see what a totally different life would be like. I'd seize the opportunity!
I feel the same way!
