For those coming down hard on the OP, maybe she's just looking for ideas. I don't think she has failed by asking here any more than she would have failed if she had flipped through an issue of Cosmo or gone to a bookstore and looked through a few books. However, she might be questioning her own attractiveness and you piling on by telling her she "failed" isn't going to help anyone. In fact, it's kind of dbaggy.
She cares enough to ask. That's a good thing, and there are plenty of men out there who would love to have a woman like that. Plus, she's not going to get a virus on her computer like she might if she went to a porn site looking for the same information.

For instance, Coolhand's ideas are great, but I know that if I tried footsies under the table, my guy would probably jump out of his seat wondering what was crawling up his leg. He's just not flirty that way. However, a random text might get his gears grinding.
Every male is different so the phrase "different strokes for different folks" applies here. Personally, a woman wearing a thin shirt without a bra really does it for me. I've seen some ugly women in my time who weren't wearing a bra and got extremely aroused.
