As long as the person is single and "free to date" (and I was, too) it wouldn't bother me in the least. A few years back I came across the profile of a neighbor on a dating site who wasn't "free to date". He was married with a brand new baby!
I gotta ask, did you ever find out what happened You should've of sent him a message.
There was another site I visit where people were posting links to pictures of them sans clothing. And one person raised concerns about someone from work seeing the photo if she posted.
My response to that is if he asks why you have pictures of your boobs on the Internet, you ask HIM what he's doing trolling the Internet for boob pictures.

LOL my thoughts exactly. Both parties are involved.
I had a friend who had a profile on a Sugar Daddy site and accidentally came across one of her father's friends on there. She was freaking out to me about him coming across her profile and telling her father until I reminded her that he was also on that site.
"If you noticed a co-worker on a dating site would you....."
You seriously have to ask? The only thing that anyone would obviously do is this-
1. Turn off your computer
2. Throw it in the trash
3. Quit your job
4. Rent the Wizard of Oz
5. Move to Los Angeles
6. Think about how good you use to have it
7. Move back to where you are now
8. Grow some balls 9. Don't care what other people think
10.Live happily ever after

Even if it was one of my managers. "Did you click on the link? What did you think?" In reality, there were no faces attached to most of these pictures--male or female. At least I didn't put my face with my butt, for example, when I posted a picture of that.

This reminds me of a movie I saw once where this married father called for a prostitute to come to a hotel...he opened the door and there was his daughter- SUPRISE!! for both of them.
