I have stared using a online dating site and I wanted to know how you might rate my photo. I thought it was the best one I just don't know if everyone else thinks so?
It's good that you're smiling and we can see your face clearly. You should have at least 3 or more photos though. You need a full body shot and maybe one that shows you doing something that you like to do.
You may want to throw up a few more pictures, however, included one where you're looking away from the camera.
Okcupid has done some interesting research based upon it's site and one of the findings is that dudes who look away from the camera get more dates (or something like that)
I like it because it's real. You aren't trying too hard, you look relaxed and yourself and most importantly -approachable. I'd be drawn to someone with a photo like this way more than someone who was 'posing.' There is only one, tiny, small thing I would consider changing and if you didn't it wouldn't be a big deal or deal breaker, but your shoulders are slouching forward a tiny bit. I do it too. Whenever you take a photo or walk into a room, stop for one second and roll your shoulders back. I constantly have to do this.
But it really is barely noticable and if you do it and it looks stiff then stay with this one.

The only thing I don't like, which is stupid is the couch and mirror. Can you get a pic of yourself outdoors or with a greenery behind you?
Sit up also, that couch has you slouching!!
