It's late or it's early depending on whether you are coming or going.

Your paw isn`t feeling any better yet?
My husband rented Terminator salvation, and Night at the museum, the new one.

I was reluctant to go to the doc, because I didn't know what I did to it. So I figured if I just ice it and take it easy it would go away.

Well I finally went to the urgent care clinic near my house and the doc said it was gout.

Apparently it is supposed to be one of the most painful things to have.

Drink lots of water! Don't eat too much red meat! Don't drink too many sodas and/or red wine!

My old boss, the City Attorney, a man in his late fifties, had several "rounds" of gout a year.

Then, my last job, there was a 37-year-old guy who had bouts of gout, too. At 37 and he wasn't overweight. In fact, neither of them were.

Did you get a prescription for something to ease it away? Or is it time that does it?

Yeah, they gave me a really strong anti-inflammatory. It's starting to help. I'm not too fat. Could stand to lose about 15 or 20, not obese yet. I really haven't been drinking enough water lately. So I'm really trying to drink more. When I do I spend half the day in the loo as the brits would say.

Ouch. I have no experience with gout...but sounds like cricket has some knowledge there. Hope you feel better fast!!

Well, that just sucks. My Godmother had it, but I don't know much about it. But my sympathies for the trips to the loo. I had kidney stones once (well actually I have 4 floating around in there waiting to drop) and they put in a stent, until I had surgery, and those make you feel like you have to go to the bathroon EVERY minute, It about drove me to the looney bin.
