I bartended my way through college. You use Galliano for a Harvey Wallbanger. That tall, slim, tapered bottle would last us a year at least. And this was a BUSY bar.

Hmmm, thanks. I suspect that most of us here are multi-faceted, just more reserved than me. I have a tendency to be very open. I want to think that I am understood, so I think I try to find the common thread with other people.


I do A LOT of self analysis, as well. Can you tell?

In some bars the Galliano bottle has a spigot on the front. Some of the regular customers try to bribe the bartender, so he/she will give them the Galliano bottle when empty...

You're absolutely right! I promised mine to my little brother. He still has it! Went through exactly two bottles in the three years I worked there.
