You're right, they like to fetch people with advertisements, and then they run out and don't give out rain checks. I simply didn't ask though. Their customer service was lacking and I decided to just walk out instead. This happened to me at a local grocery store the other day too. The cashier was taking forever at a 10 or less item aisle. I had been waiting and waiting, and this elderly man in front of me had been waiting and waiting too. This led me to drop the most expensive thing I had in my cart , in retaliation.

Customer service can make or break any business...but some of those people just don't get it
Okay guys, I'm finally back. I went out grocery shopping today, and I also went to see if any of the Christmas specials were available . But the items I was looking for that I had seen in the newspaper advertised weren't there. So now I gotta find a newspaper advertisement and go back and show them what I couldn't find. Or not.
I didn't go early like 4 in the morning, no way. I like my life and I rather stay alive. So I just went later on. Now I realize though, that I have 3 weeks to buy all the gifts for everybody. Its just not enough time. Aahhh!
I know! I usually try to start ridiculously early and get all the shopping done by the early part of December. We've only bought one gift so far! It's unheard of! I'm starting to panic!
