I think sun-damage is really the issue, not hair color/type of skin associated with that. Many blondes can tan easily...and a common "standard" of beauty in Western/US culture is light hair and pigmented skin.

Hi thepinksquid,

I hate tan skin on blonds. It looks tacky especially if it goes to far. Darker haired women can certainly appear darker. Why fight nature?

Real blondes rarely tan well at all ...true blondes are usually fair skinned, blue or green eyed and they are of Western or Northern European descent...not much sun there to be soaking in...

Not that I care, but in the second photo her hair looks more natural. (light brown). The fake color in #1 is pretty obvious.
