Women in western society have been unfortunately brainwashed into thinking that they are like men. Nature intended for their to be balance between men and women.
Women think that being equal to men means being competitive to men and that's what happens in relationships and marriages with western women.
Women don't respect men that they can control and rule.
There's a difference between a man being the head or being a dictator. Women cannot discern the difference for some reason.
Women are not only supposed to submit themselves to their men but also LISTEN and RESPECT their women which is something WESTERN women do not do.
Men, despite the warnings continue to fall victim.

discrimination against women and girls - including gender-based violence, economic discrimination, reproductive health inequities, and harmful traditional practices.

We are not talking about education or IQ, we are talking about natural male and female roles that have been distorted and corrupted through the government controlled media.

We need spouses working together, each at what they are good at, for couples to succeed. There is no point in either submitting to to the other when the other has no idea what they are talking about or the first would have come to a more intelligent conclusion.

A man leading a household has nothing to do with discrimination. As long as he is fair and loving.
Actually no, there have been defined male and female roles outside of western society for thousands of years in very functional societies.
Women have been taught in western society that they are supposed to buck up to a man, not listen to him, prove that she is his equal by trying to take charge and such. Such behavior divides families, start arguments and has broken up the family unit since the 1960s.
Men are not left off the hook, men are supposed to love their women and their women are supposed to respect them and listen to them.

Males are always told that hey sexual abuse women but little is said about sexual abused males who are more likely to be abused by a female in the family.
