I agree. You can do all the crunches in the world but if you're eating badly, you won't make any progress.

I don't like gyms. I used to go all the time but I find that I work harder at home when I know there is nobody to point and giggle

For me, the gym gets boring. One thing I like doing at home is playing Wii sports with my son. Those games, especially the boxing one, provide such a great workout, and they're fun too!

I haven't tried the Wii Sports yet.

We have the dance one and while I don't find it to be much of a workout, I do get a good laugh out of myself when doing it.

I amuse myself pretty easily though.

Has anyone played the Wii fitness game? It has a series of tests then it tells you what your fit age is.

My fit age is 33

And I'm 19

Reminds me, I've got to get back to playing the Wii fitness and sports games. I did take the test but forgot what it said. Gotta do it again and see what it says.

Speaking of fitness, I just got through playing several rounds of boxing on Wii Sports. Man, if there ever was a workout that was both fun AND rigorous...this is it!

LOL. Well, I figured I might as well. Besides, I just uploaded some pics from this weekend onto my computer and I figured I"d post one here.

By the way...the pic I posted was from Sunday's Grizzlies-Spurs game in San Antonio (I was posing in front of a glass memorabilia display). I took my son and my cousin, who's visiting from Memphis and is a huge Grizzlies fan. We were lucky and got to meet Tim Duncan before the game! My son is STILL ecstatic about that.
