Thank you...I've heard that a lot.

If you want to keep yourself looking younger, here's what I do/suggest:

- Get enough sleep (8hrs. a night if at all possible)
- Eat a very healthy diet + take a multivitamin
- Get some antioxidants like pomegranate juice or Acai berry juice
- Get/stay active & excercise
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day
- Use sunscreen, or stay out of the sun
- Have a few enjoyable hobbies that help you relieve stress
- Have a positive outlook on life in general
- Don't smoke
- I drink, but in moderation (most of the time)

Some men are lucky bastewards lol. My dad is in his late 40's and when we are out together, people think we are brothers. It's a massive ego booster for him.

I probably tick about half of those boxes. I don't drink enough water nor do I sleep enough hours. I can still pass as a 21 year old though. Genetically speaking, both my dad & uncle aged gracefully so I hope to follow their food steps.

Guess b/c I need improvement in that category.

It sucks that the wife and I have been working opposite schedules for the past few months.

The bolded ones are the most important. I can truly say that until about five years ago, I looked 15 years younger than I was because I did these things. No alcohol at all, no smoking, natural melanin (no need for sunscreen until I went to Hawaii for a year), lots and lots of exercise.

The less you get, the younger you look.
