when people have kids really young they do tend to look like they could be brother & sister

like if a woman has a child at 18 they could possibly look like the older sister of the child when they grow up

At first I thought this is kind of a silly thread but women do tend to suddenly age with perimenopause or menopause sometimes.

The hair grays, you feel worn out from hormone fluctuations, you have ultra awful draining periods sometimes and that along with trying to function as a wife and mother to probably teens by that age will age you.

I don't have any experience with the topic as far as being mistaken for my husband's mom. We both look good for our age but that is due mainly to good exercise habits, not smoking or using drugs or drinking.

This is right on target...I had my first at 18. As me & my kids grew up together, I was always approached by people who assumed they were my siblings not my own kids. And my daughters look just like me, so yes, people have stopped, stared & made comments on how I could've passed for their sister
