You know, when you marry for money, you pay for every dime.

I am signing a pre-nup going into my marriage in March. Thank goodness I do not have those stipulations - not even close, and no - I would not sign it if it did.

I thought that would be the case, too... The famous "they" also say that nobody works harder for their money than those who marry it.

Who suggested it? Was it a mutual agreement?

That to me is just strange. It's kind of the same with Tigers wife only agreeing to stay with him if you gives her money and renegotiates the pre-nup.

I mean either forgive him and stay, or move on.

I personally couldn't be with a woman that asked me for money for my transgressions.

Couldn't know if she stayed for the money or you.

I concur with everyone else who says you should dump him right away.

What a jerk! His request is demeaning and objectifying. It makes a complete and total mockery of the "for better or worse" vow that is often exchanged in marriage. What's more, it is indicative if a shallowness, pettiness, immaturity, and venality on his part that is breathtaking.

Regardless of how good looking he is, how much money he has, how successful or witty he is, or how much you may think you're in love with him...irrespective of whether invitation shave been printed, the dress and caterer selected, and venue approved...DTMFA. Immediately. Buh-bye.

And count yourself fortunate that you found out what a complete and total clod this guy is before you signed up for a lifetime of misery with a turkey.
