How long to do give your significant other to find a job? It's been a year since he got laid off and still no job. I don't think he's giving it his all or being 100% motivated to do it. I am the total opposite and it buggs me so much.

I don't feel being in a relationship will help this situation. He needs to focus on himself right now. If it's any insight as to how our relationship will be in the future, I'm not sure I want that.

I dont know if I should break up or be on a "break" or stay with him....

Any thoughts to this?

With the way things are nowadays that isn't too long IMO. There is a lot of vets returning home that have been out of work for longer than that. If you ask me, that's sh**y. Things will hopefully improve in the future. Rugged
