Good for you!

I'm two and a half months out of work, and I am sick of it. I need a job, money, structure to my life.

Sorry to hear that - it sucks! One time when I lost my job I couldn't stand not working so I went and learned how to groom dogs. It was sort of out in left field but since you have to own all your own equippment I knew it was something I could do anywhere.

Interesting. That was my very first job at 16 - I shampooed dogs at a groomer's shop.

It was hard to get that first job - I needed experience and no one would give me the experience. I couldn't get a job at Taco Bell or McDonald's because I had no experience. Nor the grocery store.

Finally, the dog groomer gave me a chance.

Someone brought this Great Dane in to be bathed and I almost loaded him in the car and took it to the self serve car wash because he was way to big for the sink.

I hope you find something soon, Cricket. 2 and a half months and I'd be climbing the walls!

I love that website.

He's not THAT fat - I've seen pictures of Kevin Federline and John Travolta and they were MUCH fatter. He needs to tone up some.
