This happened a while ago, and I'd like to know what you think of all this.

The event involves me, a friend of mine (let's call him Jim), and a girl that I like (let's call her Alice). I should mention also that Alice likes Jim.

It was in the evening, I was working on my computer, and suddenly I get a message from Alice, asking me to come online. I was glad, because I thought she really wanted to talk to me.

So I go online, and after a few moments, she starts talking to me. We have fun, laugh some. But suddenly, she invites Jim into the conversation.
Jim however isn't in the mood to talk, and tells Alice to get lost.

From that point on, the whole situation escalates. They start calling each other names, and blaming each other, and after 20-30 lines, Jim leaves the conversation, leaving me alone with Alice.

During the whole fight, I didn't really know what to do, because I didn't want to start budging in, and having them mad at me. So I didn't say anything ...

After Jim left, Alice starts asking me if I would ever talk to her like that, and how I would treat her and things. She even wants me to go tell Jim what a big jerk he is.

So I try to comfort her, and kind of get her to like me, show her I'm "better" than Jim.

After a bit, she suddenly says "ok, enough of this. I have to come clean: This whole fight, was a set-up. We weren't really angry at each other. I just wanted to see how you would react."

...

I mean, who does such a thing? I cheked with Jim, apparently, it really was a set-up scene!
Of course, I got really angry at her, she starts apologising, but clearly she doesn't even realise why I'm angry. I tell her to get lost, and quit the conversation.

So, what do you think of all this?

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Hope they never make babies.

That's because you read them! I don't read any post involving made-up names of numerous characters and dialog. Same goes for unintelligible verbal diarrhea not even broken into paragraphs.

Yeah, I can't read a post if it is more than a couple of paragraphs, some people go on and on for a couple of pages, without breaking it down into manageable paragraphs.

I open it up, if too long, I'm outa there.

Literally, I remember my sisters pulling some crap like that when they were 7 or 8 years old. Except it was a fight between friends and so on.

It really is that bad.
