I too think they should mean something personal to you, and be able to hide them if need be.

This is why I only have one. I can't think of what else would be that personal for me. The 3 flowers I have on my ankle represented my 3 children, but since I've had another I need to add another flower.

Tattoos on a woman's lower back look great If they are tasteful and reflect something meaningful. otherwise, the meaning is obvious..
