Apparently being too independent means I don't care enough. I don't see it as a problem but whatever, my boyfriend seems to think so sometimes.

Or

The fact that I'm very easy going makes him think I have no opinion. It's funny because he said one of the things that attracted me to him was how opinionated I am. But that goes out the window when I say I don't have a preference on what we should eat and where we should eat.

But what I think I need to improve on is social skills. Going out with his friends and family tends to be uncomfortable for me because I'm not a very social person. I'm not shy, I just don't know how to make small talk with people I don't know. His friends and family then makes comments about it and he complains about it to me. So yeah, I'm gonna go with that.

It's no wonder I'm single.
I'm hypersensitive too. I cry easily (don't even get me started on those ASPCA commercials ). And my temper can be quick to flare (total fiery Aries ). Hey, nobody's perfect, right?

I have no tolerance for stupidity. I believe stupidity is often a choice people make to avoid accountability and responsibility for their lives.

I don't include in this intolerance people who are mentally challenged or have some sort of genuine learning disability. Just regular people who decide that it's easier to act stupid than to move forward.

Obviouslly, with so very many people in the world who choose stupidity, it creates problems for me in relationships. Hehehe.

Yeah, but what if they are just stupid.

Hehehe, well that's my problem. I have a hard time believing people are "just stupid".

You are right, some are. In my more tolerant moments, I realize that, and I do know some genuinely nice, warm-hearted, stupid people.

Ditto. I find it very hard to not say something snarky when someone doesn't comprehend a very basic thing. For example, people who don't understand the concept of READING labels and etc. at the grocery store and then whine about picking up the wrong thing later. Really? If you're not reading labels, then what the hell are you using to determine your choices? Pretty colors and pictures? And don't complain about it later. That's why you should have READ THE LABEL.

Sorry. . . I got a little carried away.

No, no, I understand. I have the same reaction when people are driving and DON'T READ THE ROAD SIGNS and then complain when they are lost or took the wrong turn as if some mysterious force did this to them.

Ahh, WORD!!

How can people not be observant of such simple things?! It doesn't take much effort. We all learned how to identify letters and words in grade school.

Deep breath lol.
