If you want to be friends with women, I advise you to try to understand their emotions and how they see the world.

Men have set out on that mission for ages and they are still just as confused about women today as they have ever been.

Women are complex creatures, with a higher intellect and emotional foundation than men.

Men are easily understood and require little to keep them happy and content.

Its not that simple with women.

I'd say trying to understand women is beyond the op's abilities - first he must understand himself and try to figure out "how he ended up this way".
