When a man makes a bad comment about your weight, just remind him you can always drop a few pounds but he will be ugly forever and as of now there is no way to make his small member any bigger.
You should look at the situation with a bright red flag. If a mere 10 lbs makes that huge of an impact at his end then just imagine what he'll be like down the road when your bodies change (and his will, too).
Are YOU okay at 145 lbs? That's all that matters. And, personally, I don't think 145 is heavy at all. To Hell with him!
