Well, I've met a few that I wouldn't put it pass them. - They were friends of friends.

Has to WANT to do oral sex. Now I like doing it, and what I like most about it is making it enjoyable for the woman, that's what gets me off. If I were with a woman and she didn't have the DESIRE to do it, I wouldn't try to make her, I would just stop calling her.

Other deal breakers:
He's gotta want it at least 4-5 times a week. or even better, everyday. we don't have to DO IT everyday...but if he's only horny enough to want it twice a week...um....something's gotta be done.
Orals less than 15 min (preferably half to one hour) (and of course I reciprocate equally......).
He's not open-minded/liberal enough to try new things, go beyond his comfort zone, and let down his inhibitions.

He thinks that 30 minutes is a good standard duration (I'm not being greedy--this includes foreplay & maybe post-play)
Sex without love

Well there is some weird messed up sexual practices out there. I largely don't get BDSM since to me it seems illogical. How can pleasure be gained from being tied up or spanked? I don't have any real problem with more usual sex acts wider US society thinks are weird such as anal sex, or threesomes.

Oh, and another deal-breaker for is stuff such as erotic asphyxiation. To me, sex is about pleasure, not risking one's life! Nobody really risks their life doing it doggy style, getting a handjob, or fingering.
