Tech giant Charles Phillips featured with woman in Times Square billboard - and it's not his wife

BY Helen Kennedy
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER

The president of one of the world's largest tech firms made his debut this week on a huge Times Square billboard - but it's not for some new software.

Instead, it seems Charles Phillips' long-term gal pal put it there to embarrass the married mogul.

Phillips, the president of Oracle software, is shown hugging YaVaughnie Wilkins under the words "Charles and YaVaughnie" and a quote, "You are my soulmate forever."

The billboards - two in Manhattan and others in Atlanta and San Francisco - tout the Web address of an online photo album containing what appears to be eight years worth of snaps of the duo vacationing, dancing, drinking and singing karaoke.

So, who's the bigger jackass in this story? He or she?

Wow. Sad all the way around. They both share the blame. I can only imagine how incredibly hurt she must have been to go to that extreme.

Having mulled it over I think she's the worse of the two. If she were a 22 y.o. I might feel differently, but by the time a woman hits her late 30s to early 40s, she should know the risks involved with getting with a married man, even if he is solidly and honestly separated. To try to ruin the guy's life because it didn't end up the way she wanted is way over the top. My guess is, she was perfectly happy to be flown all around the world for exotic trips and such, and wasn't thinking about the wife at all.

A good photo putting the sign size in perspective:

Her. And not just because she cheated w/ a married man, but the way she chose to flaunt it w/ absolutely NO regard for his wife when things weren't going her way. Didn't seem to bother her before.

What did she expect? You play w/ fire and you're gonna get burned.

LOL...I mean really, instead of her thinking she (jilted ex) is letting the world know what an cheater he is, SHE is the one who ends up looking stupid and jaded over the whole thing. She is no better than the woman in the poster. It's rather hilarious because at the end of the day, she was just a ho!
