Hey, we always want what we don't have. I love the city life, the free summertime concerts in Central Park, but I'd have had my fill an opted for a simplier life. It's never to late for you to make a change though.

Ha ha.... I fool everyone, I'm female.

Well. look at it this way, he doesn't have the personal experience with her that you've had, obviously they have a better work relationship and she respects his boundaries bc she knows he has the power to wield the axe, so to speak. It's amazing the difference having a little power can make. This woman knows she pushes your buttons and enjoys it, I'm not saying to trust her though.

Default if she claims my lack of making small

talk bothers her that much my words to her would be to go to a higher up or go to the board of directors and file a grievance against me. I would in turn demand a written account of the charges against me signed by all company officers and be furnished with a copy before i respond to the charges, whatever they may be

and what is ultimately insulting is that just because she knows i'm single and not in a relationship, that she thinks i would automatically be interested in her, like i'm some idiotic horned out ******* who wouldn't discriminate and would just take anything that moves

well there are 2 supervisors, my immediate boss and the exec director. my immed boss is the one who talks to her when she does something wrong but now what she does is go straight to the exec dir cause she knows my immed supv is going to be serious about her crap. the exec dir for some reason turns a blind eye to her crap

And this is exactly why I advised you to go to your Human Realtions Director. They are a safe nutral place to get the situation taken care of once and for all. Quite frankly she is the one harrassing you and a harrassment claim is in the offing. You just have to decide whether to beat her to the punch or wait and react, which will put you in the weaker position.

Agree here ...if she's going straight to the exc director and what seems to be the appropriate chain of command, IMO that equates to someone with other motives.

think she's complaining to him about me? he never says anything to me and has been cordial to me

if i complain about her all he will do is claim she's not harassing me, make me feel like an idiot because "women don't harass men" he will say
