Are you talking about the Girl Scouts Cookies Mint Thins ice cream? That stuff is fantastic!! Mint chocolate chip is the flavor I grew up on (holla Baskin Robbins!) and I love every and any variation of it.
Mmm I love ice cream parlors. Whenever I travel and see one, I force whoever I'm with to stop. It's kind of like an unspoken rule. If you go on a mini road trip with me and we see an ice cream place (that isn't Dairy Queen or something like that), we will stop.

This is the only reason I like going to Disneyland. That ice cream parlor on Main Street. And the Pirates of the Caribbean. But you can't eat ice cream in there. I almost drank the water once though, and figured I'd die so I didn't.
I'd love it if Jay would have made that embarassing dating thread.
