Although, I must admit that I do know this tiny little creature who has very narrow shoulders who has issues with tops coming down too low on her because of it.
What is a decent top on most women (shoulders hold shirts/blouses up) becomes indecent on her because it hangs too low and shows her crack.
Needless to say, she is anxiously awaiting the return of the shoulder pad
I'm a female but I'm not exactly busty so I'm not able to do this but yeah, women do it all of the time-then they get mad when men look. It's a game but they do want the attention otherwise they wouldn't show it.
