Here's a 13 year old picture of me, I'm the obvious american looking one... That's the closest I ever got to a female in college. one of the two guys "kissing" was her boyfriend.

You need to really tune up your girl instincts because sometimes we girls like a guy to really take charge and direct the moment/evening/date/etc.
If you ask a girl out and she decides to go out with you have to be confident enough to take charge. Don't be afraid to steal a kiss or grab her hand or put your hands around her waist or play with her hair. All of these things are like pre-foreplay activities. You can take you cues from these things as to whether or not a woman is receptive to more.

but the problem is that I'm socially retarded.. I'm too scared to do what you suggest unless I drink, then I'm an idiot. But I am MUCH better if a chick at least does something lke grabbing my hand. She thought the Guy she was married to was cool.He dealt Drugs,Had a Chop Shop,used Furniture Store.Took us kids on armed robberies. We learned how to steal our School Supplys and Food from the stores.
He went to prison.Then she married a far worse person that I don't care to talk about.
