These are 3 examples I either seen on a movie or heard someone posting elsewhere. The first one was about one poster (on another site) seeking help for her male friend, the second one is from a movie I seen and the third one is someone else who posted long ago about a real story case.
Example 1: If a man got drugged on purpose and while he's unconscious, the woman (with the help of someone else) ties him up. He is completely immobilized at this time along with intoxicated and during that state, the woman has intercourse with him.
Example 2: The man is tied up and a woman is placing a knife around his throat.
Example 3: A married couple quit having sex for one month. The wife is angry and one day ties him up. She manages to have sex with him but husband isn't satisfied. The man goes to court filing for lawsuit because according to him, he felt violated. Not sure about this. It's his wife, not a stranger.
Rape in most US states is about the penis penetrating a woman but what if those cases I mentioned happened and the victim was a man who at the time is immobilized?
All three would be rape, but if he filed a complaint with the police, he'd probably be the one getting arrested.
Example 1 - I am having a hard time buying this scenario, as the guy is drugged, intoxicated, and unconscious - what are the chances that wee willy winky is even going to pitch a tent in that state?
I think she's got a point there. In order for a man to actually engage in sexual activity he has to be aroused if you know what I mean and that would seem to prove that it's consensual or at least that he's enjoying it.
Studies have shown that a man can respond to physical stimulation during an assault even if he isn't mentally or emotionally stimulated.
