The man goes to court filing for lawsuit because according to him, he felt violated. Not sure about this. It's his wife, not a stranger.

Rape in most US states is about the penis penetrating a woman but what if those cases I mentioned happened and the victim was a man who at the time is immobilized?

All three would be rape, but if he filed a complaint with the police, he'd probably be the one getting arrested.

I think she's got a point there. In order for a man to actually engage in sexual activity he has to be aroused if you know what I mean and that would seem to prove that it's consensual or at least that he's enjoying it.
