To be clear about my answer to #3, "husband isn't satisfied" doesn't say "husband didn't want to," to me. Non-consensual sex is never okay.

Example 1: If a man got drugged on purpose and while he's unconscious, the woman (with the help of someone else) ties him up. He is completely immobilized at this time along with intoxicated and during that state, the woman has intercourse with him.

Example 2: The man is tied up and a woman is placing a knife around his throat.

Example 3: A married couple quit having sex for one month. The wife is angry and one day ties him up. She manages to have sex with him but husband isn't satisfied. The man goes to court filing for lawsuit because according to him, he felt violated. Not sure about this. It's his wife, not a stranger.

Rape in most US states is about the penis penetrating a woman but what if those cases I mentioned happened and the victim was a man who at the time is immobilized?
All three would be rape, but if he filed a complaint with the police, he'd probably be the one getting arrested.

As long as it is my SO, it is always-always welcome and consensual!

1. yes
2. yes, unless they were both into kinky stuff
3. yes. Married or not, both parties must consent.

Actually, on the other rape thread, you posted
"Very serious! The rape of a woman is defiantly not a joke! "

And yet , here we are, talking about male rape, and somehow that is a joke??

Rape is rape my friend, there's nothing funny about it, male, or female.

There are many double standards that benefit women, and only one that doesn't and that one can be easily explained away.

How on Earth did the man know he was raped if he was unconscious?

I think she's got a point there. In order for a man to actually engage in sexual activity he has to be aroused if you know what I mean and that would seem to prove that it's consensual or at least that he's enjoying it.

Studies have shown that a man can respond to physical stimulation during an assault even if he isn't mentally or emotionally stimulated.
