I was married for 13 years, had 2 children, lived in the same house for 8 years.

After my divorce I moved, but stayed in this new house for a further 3 years.

That was 6 years ago and since then I have moved to 2 different countries. I can't seem to settle down anymore, I get bored and want to move on, see different things and experience something new.

I am now starting to get that gypsy feeling back again. I don't want to buy a house or settle in some area and live out my days.

The trouble is my man doesn't feel the same way.

Does anyone here have a gypsy streak that their SO doesn't possess?

Wouldn't staying in one place and traveling when time allowed fullfill the same need?

No, a vacation is different. It's just leaving for a couple of weeks but coming back to the same old things.

Wanderlust is difficult to describe, some people have it and others don't. I didn't used to feel this way, it's only as I have gotten older that I am seeing life in a new light.
