I have to say, even as a guy, I feel MUCH more focused/concetrated/motivated when I am crying or when I've finished crying. How do you gauge your emotions so that you can maintain this state of mind w/o actually having to cry, or at least without coming to tears?

I've realized that if I could live in that state of mind constantly (or at least as near as I can get), then I would never feel bored or that my life has no purpose. I'm talking about the crying you do when you feel sad AND angry at the same time. Has anyone mastered this before?

I usually go to Sears, Home Depot, Menards or Lowes and buy a expensive tool! When you get home and realize how much money you just spent on something just because it was cool. You feel like crying!LOL.........

Most of the time, I don't want to feel that way again. Sadness brings tears to my eyes, happiness does not. Who wants to be sad?

Thanks I liked the other responses too for their humor (especially the balls one) but this one was really helpful. However, I've tried meditating many times, which was refreshing, but didn't actually help focus/motivate/inspire me as in the scenario of anger crying.
