Women who fake it need to stop. Either show him how to do it right or do it yourself before hand. Why should you not get your goodies off while they do? If they aren't good, tell them so or show them how to do it better. There's two types of orgasms out there girls, if he can't get the first one, you can the second!

Ok, lets back up here for a minute. Any man, who is attentive, caring and knows how to use his equipment, (more then just that below the belt, but yes that too) knows when a woman has an orgasm. I don't care what anyone says here, or how good of acting lessons she has taken, but a true, true orgasm cannot be faked. When a women has an orgasm, certain small fibrous muscles contract, all over her body. She becomes flushed and many areas of the body fill with blood flow. You cannot fake these involuntary things. They either happen, or they don't. If you're "inside" her, as in having intercourse and have any experience there, you can sense, feel and anticipate her orgasm. She can't fake it, or you would know it. If you don't GET TO KNOW YOUR WOMAN A LITTLE BETTER!
