Each year I usually get 2 or 3 patients with fractured penises in my operating room. This happens during sex, when the male slips out of the woman and accidentally gives a good thrust against her pelvic bone or leg. It is never a GOOD thing, but if taken care of early, it is usually a minor operation to fix it.

Geeez, that would hurt so bad. I bet that happens a lot when the women is on top and you slip out of her and she comes back down. Ouch. I think I rather break a leg or an arm.

It seems extremely painful when they come in. Yet, for some reason, some people wait it out. Sometimes, by the time they finally come in it's too late to save their erectile function, while others are lucky to just lose some sensation. If they come in immediately, this can be avoided.
