In your state what penalties are their for doing the quite intelligent act of intentionally rear-ending someone?
It is common sense to purposefully cause an accident?
I'm putting "you" in that situation so you can see how stupid it is. Again, if someone is smart enough to remember when they get their license to stay out of the far left lane when driving at or below the pace of the rest of traffic. Then, purposely causing an accident would not be an issue.

In Germany, where I've driven as I lived there for a short period. The penalty is very stiff for doing such a thing. Of course, the Autobahn has no speed limits in most parts but the principle remains. The difference in speed when moving into the left lane can cause accidents which can be potentially more deadly than me tapping someone on the rear end.

That's not the right word, but whatever.

That's how it is spelled out in the driver's manual, right? If you drive below the speed limit in the far left lane other drivers have the right, nay, the obligation to rear-end you.

I'll assume that you're just an internet blowhard and aren't actually stupid enough to purposefully hit another driver on the road. If you are insane enough to purposefully cause an accident then I first hope that no one in seriously injured as the result of your idiocy (even yourself) and second hope that you are punished to the full extent of the law.

PS. I don't even need to see you in your BMW

Don't worry about me. I guess it's also in the driver education manual that it's also ok to drive 10 mph lower in the fast lane (so that could up to a 20 mph difference) just because in this country, you are entitled to dictate your slow (in more ways than one) way on others. You can believe what you like. You can even believe I have a pet unicorn named Pegasus. It doesn't change the truth.

I am worried about you. I might be driving next to the person that you decide to rear-end. My mother might be driving next to the person that you decide to rear-end.

That rear-ending other drivers in illegal and insanely stupid? Doesn't change that all

Would this be your defense in court?
"Well, your honor. The other driver was driving too slow, and that's dangerous, so I rammed into him"

But yeah, I'm taking this too seriously. Try as you might, I don't actually believe that you are this stupid.

I didn't realize how rare this was until a few years back...I learned how to drive a stick when I was 13 years old in an old beater truck... everyone in my family (women and men) know how to drive a stick. I drove a friends sister home a few months ago in my manual and she said 'wow, that's cool, you can control the car and everything!'. I didn't realize she had NEVER seen someone drive a manual and she was in her mid 20s!

He's a typical BMW driver I swear, they make you do a personality test before buying one to make sure you'll act like a D-bag to others on the road.
