The dating gods seem to be on my side lately. Here is the situation
There's a girl who likes me who is in high school, who I work with. I'm 20, she is 16 (that is legal in FL I checked) I sort of like her as more then a friend but I am holding off because of the age difference.
Her parents made her bring her cousin along who is 18 and a senior in HS. Her cousin physically speaking is very beautiful, and she seems to have a pretty cool personality as well. She was wearing a low cut top tonight and I had a near impossible time keeping my eyes off her
I think I liek the 18 yr old more because she is more attractive, physically and personality wise, also since she is older she is more mature.
I want to talk to her and initiate things but I dont want the younger girl to get mad at me, how do I go about doing this?

You are lucky you only got the cousin. When I was 16 and a 20 year old guy asked me out, my dad would have come! Likely armed with something The best way to handle this is to tell the younger girl you like her very much, but you feel that you are too old for her and can only be friends with her. She will drama a bit, but that is what HS girls do. I have a feeling if she talks to her family, they will support your choice and try to convince her as well. If you can manage to stay friends with her, you might be able to be in contact with her cousin as well. Whatever you do though, do not string along the younger girl just to spend time with the older one.
If I were the 18 year old, I wouldn't give you the time of day after doing that to my cousin.

This boy has some oats to sow apparently. so might as well leave these girls alone and move to another pasture. try the college level. They can actually make choices for them selves. ... btw it is only legal in FL as long as you are less than 24. If over 24, they need to be 18+. Seems like age discrimination but thats another thread.

The best way to handle this is to tell the younger girl you like her very much, but you feel that you are too old for her and can only be friends with her. She will drama a bit, but that is what HS girls do. I have a feeling if she talks to her family, they will support your choice and try to convince her as well. If you can manage to stay friends with her, you might be able to be in contact with her cousin as well. Whatever you do though, do not string along the younger girl just to spend time with the older one.
