Because they met when she was a senior in high school and he was a freshman, the real question is how much of a pimp is my dad? I try not to think about it.

^^^ This. Although at 51, I would prefer a man that is at least ten years younger than me. I'm finding that all the men my age look and act a lot older than me.

I need a man that meets my energy level and has a mind that is open to new experiences.

He's got super smooth moves. He chopped it up big time.

I would and I have.

4 years is pretty meaningless once you're both over about 22. Since my mid 20's all my boyfriends and my ex husband were 1 to 8 years younger. It is not planned, I didn't know their age before we started dating, and they didn't know mine, it never made a difference.

The one exception is if he wants to have kids and you are over your childbearing years...then I guess it could be a problem.

I have always dated younger men. My last significant other was six years younger and age played no factor in our relationship. My Mother and Father were ten years apart and I have a best friend who is 9 years older than her husband. The have been together for 15 years and married for 5 years. I think it depends on the maturity level of both people and also their likes and dislikes.

I'm a lot older than you but those are my feelings exactly. A man my age will be looking for a cook, housekeeper, laundress AND someone to take care of him when he becomes bedridden. No thanks.

For my age I have a LOT of energy and I don't even have any women friends who can keep up with me, once I decide to do something. Those poor old men would NEVER make it!
