On some level, we are each alone.

You could hit the gym, that might get your mind off it.

If you read a little history, particularly anything about the Eastern Front in WWII, that tends to put most modern day problems in perspective. It does for me anyway. I mean, unless you are in unusually bad straits, you live in a house or apt., you sleep in a bed, you have plenty to eat, you have no serious medical issues, at the very least you don't have an enemy military force nearby bombing or shelling you.

You're not alone!

Everyone suffers this feeling at some point in life.

The best thing to do, is to reconnect/reach out to loved ones/classmates/best friends/ neighbors, from your past, etc.

Dig out old cards, letters, yearbooks, babybooks, or whatever has written sentiments to you or about you. Remind yourself of your worth.

Above all, DO NOT give up!! You were/are not an accident!!!

There is a reason/purpose for your beginning.

I'm sorry, picklejuice, but this cliche is a pile of bull! The reason I'm around, for instance, is my mother having a stillborn before me, as she only intended to have one child.

That is your entitled (opinion) pile of BS

P.S. Give me a freakin' break for my b-day-k? Thanks. I was only trying to help someone with what worked for me.

Your type of BS is the type that would just make a person want to shoot themselves in the head.
