I am a restless soul so always want to be somewhere else but if I had to chose my top choices :
The Dordogne -South-West France
Brittany - North-West France
Tuscany just outside Florence
San Francisco
Vancouver
Maine Mid Coast
Boston
San Francisco
The central coast of Cali
a nice northern suburb of Philly
some where around North Carolina maybe Barco or Locust,
I guess I like living some where I have easy access to 100 million people but I don't wan to be around them all the time.
Somewhere along the California coast either Malibu or Carmel. Also wouldn't mind having a place in NYC to shuffle back and forth from.
I haven't traveled enough of the world to expand my options overseas, but something tells me I'd really like the coast of France or Spain, as well as Southern Italy/Sicily. Possibly Greece too. NOt sure I'd want to spend my life outside of the U.S. though.
Well, anyplace looks good from the inside of a bar but...
I'd like to live in the U.S...at the moment my favorite place is New Orleans, but as someone else commented, I often want to be elsewhere no matter where I am.
If I had to stay in Australia () I'd want to live in Melbourne, if I was 'stuck' in Europe, it'd be Venice. Hey, I like cities which are in danger of sinking, gives life a bit of an edge y'know.
