Your examples are not examples of exaggerating, but lying.
Exaggerating is saying: "my apartment is huge, but really, it's just big, not nearly as huge".
To be honest, if my sole aim was to get laid over & over again, I would lie through my teeth as well. If the women fall for my BS then shame on them. Grown adult women should know better. I've seen several weak stories my friends pull on some women and they fall for it so easily. Its just like when women manipulate their way in bars and get free drinks off men by making them believe they are interested, when in fact they are not at all. Men and women are stupid sometimes.
No gonna lie...a LOT of guys do this. Why women swoon over guys like this is beyond me. I suppose guys figure that if every other guy is doing it, so why shouldn't I? The sad part is that the guys who are up front and honest about who they are appear "boring", thus don't stand a chance at all.

Sad to say, that is the sole aim of many men. They only get married when one of their conquests "forgets" to take her birth control and then later come on the Internet to claim they were conned. Hell, now days, some do this even if they refuse to get married! At one time, they would just leave the state, with no forwarding address.
It is no wonder that most decent men have just given up. Too many pieces to pick up and they need to get in a whole lot of debt to even be in this tawdry game.

Come on! Anyone can be a "movie" or "record" producer now days.
Women should be aware that they might be making a movie when they go back to his place for an "amorous adventure". They might even end up a U-Tube star - until the video is taken down.

It's alright, those of us who are who we say we are win at the end of the day every time. Would you really want a woman that was so naive and gallable? I wouldn't!!!!

Come on what?
Her examples are straight up lies, not exaggerations. Putting up an amateur video on youtube doesn't make you a producer/director, therefore this is a lie, not exaggeration.

I agree. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but when I catch someone, I never can understand what motivates them. Why tell such an obvious lie when you know you are just going to get caught? Do you think people are stupid? I would rather not answer a question than lie.
The first example really happened to me. This guy said he had just recently moved into a house, and he was all bragging about it bla bla bla. Well, I go over his "house" and I come to find its a studio apartment attached to a garage! No joke. I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. And, seriously, his "next door neighbor" that he had brought up before in conversation, was living in the garage and sleeping on an old couch. And yes, he really did have Christamas lights as decorations .
Its just too sad for words. The only reasonable explanation I can come up with is that these people are obviously crazy. And being the sane person that I am, I try to avoid crazy people .
