It would be pretty miserable to have a job where you're harassed like the guy the article discusses. It's really a good thing that virtually all major companies have taken measures to deal with these sorts of problems because even if you look at it from just a business point of view it's going to affect productivity and morale in the workplace. That's obviously bad for business not to mention the impact it has on the employees who are being harassed. I've seen a few people fired in these situations and they had it coming.
I imagine that few men who face this harassment from a woman bother to file a complaint. This can be a mistake because if things get worse, she may then be able to turn the blame on him and he has no history of complaints to fall back on.
I suspect that the reason that men will not come forward in the press with their stories is that it would be embarrassing for them to have it known what type of woman was making a move on them. With a quick Internet search, they could be the butt of jokes for a lifetime.
Not sure that the title of your thread really applies. If you read the article, it doesn't really have much to do with women at all...

While some cases allege harassment by female supervisors or co-workers, most charges involve men harassing other men. Sometimes it's unwelcome romantic advances. Other times, men are picked on because they are gay, perceived as being gay or not considered masculine enough for the work setting.
Ya, at the time, I head it on the news, I thought it was funny and wanted to share, but now......I guess this isn't funny no matter who is offended. Just never heard of a guy filing sexual harassment against a woman.......
