Thanks for the words of concern, people.

I may get it checked out one of these days, but it's not a major concern of mine - especially given that I'm not in a relationship and haven't been for many years. It's not like it's completely gone, though - just that it's really low. In fact, I'm otherwise perfectly normal/healthy physiologically as far as I can tell (even had a blood test 6 mths ago, with my doc saying I'm practically a model of good health).

In the end though, you don't require a sex drive - or even sex itself - to live. It's not like eating, breathing, sleeping, and such. Therefore, as I said, it's only a second or third level concern of mine. Furthermore, it's not like I'm upset about losing it to the extent I have; for I have plenty of other things to keep me occupied (work, hobbies, interests, reading, going out with friends, etc).

Still, I appreciate the concerns about my health .

That pretty much describes where I'm at now, in my late 20s. If I had the opportunity to have sex and to spend time with women often, I'd probably be more into it. I'm indifferent to it now.

Contrary to a commonly held opinion (especially in our day and age), one can be in perfectly good health without sexual relationships, look at all those priests and monks, who usually live to be very old! I think that not being "exposed to temptation" (living out of the mundane world) helps a lot there!

Oh no...it's all over between 25 and 30!!

I'd say that DEPENDS on the "woman" getting it up!

This isn't normal. Have you seen a doctor about this?

Oh, oops. Ancient thread. Oh well.

Yes, this is an ancient thread, reactivated today by a spammer. The spam post has been deleted. The thread has nothing to do with relationships and is, consequently, closed.
