Not every woman is looking for this. Many look for a hard worker, can pay his own bills on time, patient, same likes and dislikes as her, or someone that is interesting(keeps them intrigued), makes them laugh, fun to be around, a go getter, listener, helpful, and so much more.

I'm well beyond college. I am well above an icome which would require me to eat ramen but am not rich like the wall street types. It's very expensive here but I did manage to buy a small place in a good building.

Honestly? What he said is fairly accurate. But we don't really like to admit or discuss this. Especially the ridicule... a friend of mine recently kept describing her man as "Mr Three Minutes." So when I met the guy, all I could think was "This man is a really lousy lay."

NY is still not a good place for someone like you to be.

The first thing women do if they break up with you is insult you some way sexually, penis size, something about performance, some k ind of insult. That's always the first thing.

lots do though. How often to men insult women about their bodies or sexual performance? I don't know anyone who ever has. I certainly haven't.

Actually, my husband used to tease me by saying I had "back fat." I developed a complex over it. In fact, it led to the end of our sex lives.
Unfortunately, both genders can be equally nasty in their own special way.

Give me a break, already! The man does not need to be slick or rich like the Wall Street types - you've been watching too much Wall Street, pal. It's not like Gordon Geckoville downtown, in fact, the a$$'s who walk around like Gordon are far and few between, most of them are running boiler room chop shops.
NYC101 - is it a self-esteem problem? maybe you are suffering from Low-T? When was the last time you went to a urologist?
If you own a place in NYC - I wouldn't be worrying about your ability to go out on a date - you do not have to take your dates to the Water Club for brunch or dinner. Chicks like dudes who own their own place. Believe me pal, most chicks are up to their eyeballs in debt, open their wallet, out will fall a multiude of credit cards. You want to find Ms. Right, not Ms. Right Now.
Relax, take a deep breath, and most of all do not be setting an age limitation as to when you meet Ms. Right. I'll give you an example, friend who btw is a Columbia grad and making good coin, didn't get married until 42, had a kid at 43 and is living out in the burb's today. If you are aiming to be married by 38 or 39, you are setting yourself up for failure. It will happen for you.
