A ridiculous thread from a first-time poster who obviously has too much time on his hands and knows precious little about relationships except that HE got burned through a relationship with someone who had children and is ticked off about it. Duh.

Interscope2000, it would probably behoove you to latch onto some of these CD threads which dwell on the subject of where and how to find virgins ....

Was gonna say the same thing - plenty of singles do date single parents - but anyone who doesn't want to doesn't have to

Well Ive done it. Im doing it now. It sucks mostly. If she wasnt who she was I couldnt put up with it. Her qualities have made it worth it so far though. But Ill never do it again.

What the appeal is?????

If you are a woman, you would date a good single father because he is more responsible. Woman are usually very accepting of someone else's kids. Go count the percentage of females that teach gradeschool. 98%.

If you are a single man with no kids, then you usually date a single mom because she is the hottest thing that ever gave you the time of day. Sadly she can therefore probably do better and should move on.

A mean spirited and not a particularity insightful post.

Its just calculated into the dating market value, especially long term. This one has a kid; this one has a big nose; and this one has 10k in credit card debt etc. In the short term the big nose will be the biggest down grade. In that case the single mom has a better chance at winning a short term sack race. If its a longer race lasting several years, the other gal may win by a nose.

LMAO!! I know several parents not liking parenting. Yes, they love their children. But, will say, childfree you are lucky not to have children.

My mom was a single parent when she met my dad. I'm glad he didn't have a problem with it, or I would have never been born.
