I get whatever I want.
Seriously though, he is not the type of guy that I have to twist his arm when I want something for the house. If I would like a new sofa, he says to go look for one.
When something breaks in the house all I have to do is tell him and he fixes it asap. I don't have to wait around for days, weeks or years for things to be fixed. In fact, I have to pace myself because if I say the dishwasher is broke he will tear apart before I am ready.
When we get a new car he insists I drive it and he drives the old one. He says it gives him peace of mind even if the old car is in great shape.
He could give a hoot what people think where I am the opposite so when life gets to be a bit much he provides great advice and good shoulder to cry on.
He is my best friend.
