With many people in the black community, that's just the way that it is and there's no telling people different. Dating a woman out of your race automatically means:
1) You hate your own mother, grandmother, sisters, aunts and female ancestors
2) If this was 1955 you could have been the next Emmmit Til
3) You've been brainwashed by Eurocentricsm and colorism
4) You can't handle a "real BW" or
5) All of the above
However a BW dating interracially means that she is "opening her options" because most of the BM are either:
1) In jail
2) Gay or DL
3) unemployed and/or uneducated
4) Out chasing women of other races,or
5) all of the above
Many people of other races may be oblivious to this but this is how many people within the black community see situations like this. It's reiterated in mainstream media through books, blogs, various websites, talk shows, magazines etc and it's swallowed up as gospel. Quiet as it is kept, many BM even feel guilty for finding women of other races attractive becuase the above has been pounded into them. My advice? Look past it, and do what makes whatever makes you happy.

I even find it hard to believe when I hear people say "I don't find men/women( insert other race) attractive. You mean to tell me you've never seen anyone attractive BUT people of your own race?
That does not mean you have to date them, I'm just saying you think no one but your own race is attractive. That's very hard to believe.
