I have nursed a broken heart for 9 years...I have met many many great men but none that captivated my heart like the one gentleman..He will be a husband to someone very soon and it just pains me because I was there with him about to walk down the aisle at once upon a time in our life..i dont know if and when I can ever heal...but I want to and want to love again...
A little time and perspective may change your view of the situation.
I have had relationships end that turned out to be a VERY good thing for me.
I'd also suggest a little introspection. What did you learn, what did you do right, what would you do differently. I think those are some good conversations to have with yourself after you have a little while to calm down.
