So my mother who has never been married, always says that she doesn't believe in marriage, but yet her brother(my uncle) is coming to visit her and he wants to bring his girlfriend along, but my mom says if he does they're not allowed to sleep in the same bed in her apartment since they're not married. My mom is doing this because she said this was how she was raised.

It's your mother's house and her rules are law. That said, she must not hold out a strong value in no sex outside of marriage. After all, she's never married and she has a daughter. Hum. If I were your uncle, I'd stay in a hotel with the girlfriend for their visit. Your mother's house rules must be followed even if they don't seem logical.

Your mother may not be married, but she apparently believes that only people who are should sleep together in her home. Since it is HER home, she gets to make the rules. Since you are likely underage she is doing what she thinks is proper to set a good example for you.

This is something that you should talk to your mother about. It's a good chance to get to know more about each other

It seems silly to me, but it's her home and her brother should respect her wishes. If it was me, I'd be getting a hotel room.

No your mother isn't wrong and out of respect for her your Uncle should maybe go to a motel/hotel and sleep with his gf there.
