I don't really care. I also don't really want anything to do with his friends. I'd rather he just go hang out with them every once in a while and leave me out of it.
Not in a relatonship but most of my friends wives are like sisters to me.Had problem with one who seemed a little insecure ans jealous iof my relationship with my friend but weve gotten along much better..
Well, for us, it's important what our best friends think because we trust their judgment- I know my best friend would be honest with me if she saw red flags that I was willfully ignoring and I would do the same for her. Since we're both in serious relationships that are heading towards marriage, we've made a point of spending some time with each other's SOs, even though we live on different coasts. I know it was pretty important to my BF that I met his best friend, I assume for similar reasons.
As for everyone else, I don't think I would want to be friends with people who didn't like my BF- they'd have to be pretty judgmental jerks to actively dislike him. He's definitely on the quiet side, but he's very sweet and a gentleman and hard not to like. . . or at least, hard to hate. I get along well with his friends, although most of them don't live in our area, so we're not as close.
Most of them seem to like me, but if they didn't I wouldn't care. It is obvious to them my wife adores me, if they think I'm a shyt heels, I could care less.
