Lately I've been feeling kind of lonely and even desperate, so I go on some dating sites. But as soon as I browse through people, I just start laughing. I'm really sorry, I just can't take it seriously. It's not like I think I'm better than you who do it, it's your thing, but seeing someone on a dating site just makes them seem less attractive to me. I'm sure it works for a lot of people, but it's probably my problem I can't get past it, and yea, who knows who I'll be missing lol.
This guy I recently dated goes on them, and learning that made me think less of him. It kind of pisses me off because he has me, a beautiful, young, talented, smart woman in front of him, and instead of putting in the effort, it seems like he's going for quantity vs quality. I guess I'm just annoyed because I'm not even that into him, but my ego hurts. I think he doesn't trust me because we slept with each other real early in the process, so he thinks I'm a huge flirt, which I can be, but it's not like I sleep around. If I cared enough I would try to fix it and find a way to prove to him I can be loyal, but I don't think I care enough.
Well whatever, it's his loss. And my loss for not being able to date online. I'll just do it the old fashioned way, waiting patiently to meet a quality person, while bitching on an online forum, and he can message a million girls a day, whatever!

I meet plenty of people in day to day interaction. All that online sites allow for is the opportunity to meet people you would otherwise never meet. I've met some very nice and professional people through it..
If the people you're getting matched with are bottom of the barrel and that's what makes you laugh..that's a bit of a reflection of you..
