You stated "while THEY are going out of town". Who is "THEY"? If she has a SO or is married, the conversation stops now. If she is single, you better make sure you are serious, because if you dump her in the future, and you are renting from her, what are you going to do when you start bringing other women back to our apartment?
In summary, you are playing with fire, and you are using your weiner as a matchstick!
I use they for sigular. It's just her. It's a sublet. She will be out of town for a month. So I wouldn't see her at all. And other women? I'd be lucky to have one. I'm all work and no play these days.
I was asking her small talk questions, like are you from...? Are you going back to see family, etc. I was acting a little dorky I guess. Anyway, I think I could just leave her a little plant and welcome back note or something and if she is really interested then she can call me. Knowing me I may just forget about it in a week, but still I guess I'll do that.
he isnt going to be living there when she gets back people!!
i say go for it Felix! just leave the cactus and your number, and let her make the decision
If u see a woman and u like her and she likes u it may work, but if it doesn't u r going to have to move maybe quicker than u planned. If u don't mind that possibility then go for it.
I was in this situation but it was in reverse. DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS WOMAN. You are renting which is a business situation, and if you start getting involved with this woman's personal life things could get messy real bad if when things go sour.
If you want to date her, find another place to move THEN go back and try to get with her.
What Morphous said.
If you do choose to date her be extremely careful.
It could lead to serious repercussions on your living situation.
