Why in the world would she mention your stomach?

Seriously?

I mean, I wouldn't touch that area with a woman in a conversation and I think most women wouldn't touch that with someone else.

I am just curious.

And then watch as she gets creeped out and never speaks to you again.

Most of what you "think" gets you confused and saying something so creepy might just get you into trouble.

You have a lot of learning to do about the corporate world. Put a toe wrong or make one semi-sexist remark and you'll be canned. At my last job a woman was fired for sexist remarks. Who'd have thought it?

When they hired me, HR spent over an hour on a 'how to behave appropriately' seminar with a bunch of us new employees.

Companies don't play when they are so easily sued these days. You don't want THAT dogging your 'employment record.'
